Sleek flats are transformed into a scultural piece with round ball heels by Yves Saint Laurent. Narrow almond toe with a rounded vamp in matte black fabric sits atop a polished black sphere. Toe taps have been added. Original box included. We would wear with a structured jacket, sleek cropped pants, and a bold briefcase with clean lines to bring out the architectural influence. Black.
