Colorful streamers dance among raised dot jacquard confetti and tiny blossoms over this soft silk-wool blend blouse with a stand collar and tie neck closure. Long bishop sleeves with double buttoned cuffs. We would wear tucked into a high-waisted jean with a statement belt and statement earrings to bring the party up to our ears. Deep dusty mauve, purple, fuchsia, evergreen, white.
