COVID-19 Shipping Updates

In light of the current carrier service interruptions due to COVID-19, we have updated our shipping policies. For domestic orders placed online or via Instagram, we are offering a $5 flat rate shipping promotion*, in addition to UPS ground and expedited services for an additional cost.
We have upgraded all international orders to ship via UPS or DHL.
Orders are carefully packed, processed, and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of receiving your order.

**Some items, especially those purchased via Instagram, may be excluded from our shipping promotion and shipping will be charged at current carrier rates due to oversized, fragile, or odd sized packaging and materials.**
USPS: Some USPS post offices are closed, and some mail classes have extended their expected delivery times, and many countries have suspended service.

UPS: UPS is experiencing service disruptions in certain countries. As of October 2, 2020, the UPS service guarantee is suspended for all US-origin shipments (domestic and international) at any service level. There are delays in USPS mail and package deliveries to and from certain countries.

DHL: As of October 28, 2020, DHL Express is adding an Emergency Situation Surcharge to most shipments.

We will be offering local in-store pickup for purchases made online starting June 17, 2020. Customers who have selected curbside pickup will be notified via email when the item is ready for same-day pickup during business hours.
