Extended Legs Mannequin
-Inseam (to ankle): 33"
Pleated silk skirt with intricately embroidered hem we believe to be from the 1940s is a seamless blend of Western and Eastern styles. Understated, below-the-knee skirt in silk crepe de chine features knife pleats and a delicate floral Su embroidery hem outlined in metal couching embroidery. Wide cotton muslin waistband with two double-button and loop closures ensures a comfortable fit. We would wear with a black long sleeve bodysuit and embellished Gucci mary jane heels, our hair pulled into a sleek pony. Pale turquoise blue, cream, gold, red, eggplant, fuchsia, lavender, spring green, evergreen.
-Condition: Good Used Condition
*Staining and spots throughout, mainly concentrated on waistband (pictured); not immediate noticeable and does not take away from the style, especially due to age. Light discoloration/fading throughout due to age and exposure to light (pictured); does not take away from the piece. Few broken stitches along waistband, appears to have been the stay-stitching, and waistband may have been replaced.
