Welcome to this Spanish style home in Highland Park,California, a historic neighborhood in northeast Los Angeles. Built in 1924, it's a fixer upper with a lot of potential that will be renovated and restored from top to bottom.
Hidden behind gates and leafy hedges, the house was tucked away on a quiet residential street. At first glance, the house's large lot and square footage were ideal for a young family. We immediately fell in love with the tiled roof, curved entryway, beautiful arched windows, and large outdoor patio.
The single family home was a great price due to a un-permitted addition, which was both a positive and negative- but left a lot of room for unrealized potential. We envision this property to be a forever home to a young family who loves to entertain- with room to grow.
